A la recherche d'un projet .....

The European Community provides an individual database comprising all European projects. From this basis I made a file with 22 projects for gathering theme of eco-construction and IT.

Making contact ...

I contacted all the project managers that I had identified, it allowed me to obtain additional information on the projects but also on their ability to accept or not a volunteer. Indeed, some projects could not respond positively to my request that they already hosted a volunteer.

mail The happiness ...

The project manager (Germnay Bad Oldesloe) that had caught my eye told me that there was room and were interested in my profile ^ ^. I sent the good news to my sending organization which then entered into contact with the host organization.

The project is environmental friendly theme. In a non-governmental organization it allows volunteers to construct projects on anti GMO, alternative energy, eco-construction, etc..

Le dépot officiel du projet

This time there is for my project to take shape it must be validated by the German national agency. The submission of the dossier was made on 1 September, it was not until the end of October for the official confirmation as how the project had been accepted. The Committee took some time to process all the files and I found on another blog that it was common for prospective volunteers so no worries (and it was I who said that ^ ^?).
's it I'll be able to go !!!!!!!!!!!!! ^ ^ Thank

Karine Charles Director of the association and Joern RomansInternational Hartje head of the NGO Jugend-Umwelt-Projektwerkstatt (JUP) who carried out the administrative steps necessary for this project to be accepted.

Construction du projet SVE

To participate in the program each EVS volunteer must find their sending organization. This organization will enable:
  1. obtain additional information on EVS,
  2. take charge of the administrative framework (transport activity agreement, etc.)
  3. being sent in the host country (it goes without saying that a sending organization .... ^ ^)
  4. follow you throughout your volunteer (but No!! you thought you'll be dropped like that in nature ????)
I quickly made contact with my body sending me to the steps to follow to find a project I would like to participate. Before searching a list of projects likely to be interested, I can make a motivation letter and CV in English (the site europass helps you realize your CV in European format).

Partir? Utopia? ou réalité? ...

Here are the questions I asked myself at the end of undergraduate studies in computer science professional. Indeed, my years of study go to finish I was thinking about my future, I'll continue my studies in master or is what I choose to seek work in a business?

I had already worked in a company before when I was in BTS computer, I could immerse myself for two years in the world of work and understand the different facets ^ ^. During my year of studies I did an internship in an association (House of Youth and Culture). This course suited me perfectly because it allowed me to evolve in an environment full of life, movement and solidarity. So I chose to seek a solution that would allow me to stay in the same dynamic.

There are few times that I wanted to go abroad for an internship. I asked myself what would be the options available to me so I can go abroad.

Leave? How and why?

During my university years I attended a day conference on eco-construction. This theme was all new to me, I had no knowledge in the field of eco-construction. I could therefore find a set of materials and techniques that allow us to create beautiful buildings.

Eco-building particularly interested like me, I searched on the internet solutions to participate in projects that convey the values of solidarity, ecology, and environmental friendliness. I came to realize that there were different associations that allowed youth to participate in national and international sites (eg companion builder). These types of sites are short-term volunteers 2/3/6 months and the volunteer has to bear the entire stay (fresh round trip, association membership, insurance, meals). From my perspective being in the long term (12 months), I could not opt for this solution.

I expressed to the moderator of young workers I live in my plan to go abroad for a period of one year. I want to go in order to discover another culture, learn another language and participate in projects that focus on eco-construction. I recommend opting for a European Voluntary Service. He explained that volunteering enables young European aged 18 to 25 years to go abroad to discover another culture while participating in projects with various themes (ecology, social, cultural, etc. ).

It appears that the home I live in hosts of young European volunteers. So I can enjoy on-site information necessary for the EVS ^ ^ Rahhh how lucky I huhuhu :-)

Famousplayersbrampton

I visited this castle in 2004.

Castle of Lavaux Sainte Anne is next to the city with the same name in Belgium. The castle dates from the first half of the fifteenth century when it was built by the family Berlo. It was built on a swampy flat near the small river Wimba (a tributary of the river Lesse).

In 1450 the living has been established and a few years after the castle was reinforced by John II of Berlo. Local history has it that he went on crusade in 1453 to free Constantinople from the Turks, but it took so long getting there that it came too late.

In 1464 the castle was besieged by the people of Dinant. They could not take the castle.

In 1630 the castle was bought by Baron Jacques-Renard Rouveroy, a colonel in the service infantery Emperor Ferndinand III. due to the changing tactics of war, castle's defenses have been rendered useless. So he turned into country manor. He took down a curtain wall and turned the front of the courtyard in the Italian Baroque. He also covered the castle in red brick and added roofs bulbs.

During the French Revolution the castle was abandoned and fell to ruin.

In 1934 the castle was bought by Baroness Lemonnier track "Friends of the base of the castle of Lavaux Sainte Anne - who restored the castle to its glory current. Since 1958 the castle houses a museum dedicated to hunting. Well, hunting may be your cup of tea but this is certainly not to me. I found it quite stooping, all these stuffed animals.

But who am I?

To visit the castle you must pay a small fee after which you can wander all its rooms on your own. We do not allow you to take pictures inside the castle. It is an elegant castle with a very French feel to it. Worth a visit.

It also has its own website: Château de Lavaux-Sainte-Anne .
